Q: I am not receiving SSS emails, how can I sort this out?
A: Kindly ensure your email is not blocking our domain, to check that, head to your email settings, check the trusted senders list and add our email domain to it. Our domain will be @sunandsandsports.com, so if you found any email in your block list that ends with that domain, kindly remove it from there and add it to the trusted senders list instead.
Q: How do I change currency?
A: We currently don’t have a currency converter, however, to change that you will need to switch to the matching country.
For example: UAE means the currency is AED, KSA means the currency is SAR, Kuwait means the currency will be KWD, Qatar means the currency will be QAR.
Q: I’m having trouble signing into my account; do I have to create a new one?
A: First ensure that you’re entering the right details and that there are no spaces before or after your email address, and the same with your password.
If the above is checked and you still cannot sign in, then you might want to try resetting your password. To do that, please follow the below steps:
- On the Sun & Sand Sports login screen, tap Forgot Password.
- Enter a phone number, email address
- Select Confirm via Email
- You will receive an email and then follow the steps to reset the password.
