RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Can I exchange or return my items purchased online at any Sun & Sand Sports store?
No, we are unable to accept returns of online purchases at any of our Sun & Sand Sports stores. To return your online purchases, please head to the Contact Us page, select "Returns & Exchange" and fill out your order details within 7 days of receiving your order.
PLACING AN ORDER
Can I place an order by phone?
No, we do not take orders via phone.
Do I need to register to place an order?
No, you don’t have to, as you can complete your order as a guest. However, by creating an account with Sun & Sand Sports LLC all your details will be saved and that will make your purchases easier and quicker. By using your login username and password, you don't need to enter your address and other information every time you decide to purchase from us, which will save you plenty of time. Your wish list will also store all the items which were added to help you manage your shopping.
Can I use my Sun & Sand Sports LLC gift card online?
No, unfortunately customers can only use their gift card at a Sun & Sand Sports LLC store.
How do I find the right size?
To find your right size, please click on the"Size Guide" featured on your chosen product page, or for further assistance, don't hesitate to contact our Customer Care team at +971 4 3149001 between the office hours of 08:30am and 05:30pm (GMT+4), Saturday to Thursday.*
Can I cancel my order?
After you have placed an order with Sun & Sand Sports LLC, you will receive an order acknowledgement receipt mentioning the exact details of your order, along with the payment reference and total value of the order that will be debited from your credit card.
Please note that this is not an order confirmation from Sun & Sand Sports LLC. At this stage your order may be cancelled by contacting our Customer Care team. You can cancel your order up until the point where you receive a notification email that the items have been dispatched and sent to the address specified by you.
You will then receive an email from Sun & Sand Sports LLC notifying you that we have dispatched the items and they have been sent to the address specified by you. At this stage, your order cannot be cancelled.
Can I send an item as a gift?
You cannot send an item as a gift, but we are currently working hard to make this happen for you in the very near future.

What are the payment methods accepted by Sun & Sand Sports LLC?
At our online store, payment can be made using the following methods: MasterCard, Visa and Cash On Delivery.
Cash On Delivery is available for all UAE orders. The following countries: Bahrain, Oman, Kuwait and Saudi Arabia are also entitled to this service.
How much will duties and taxes cost me?
Currently we, at Sun & Sand Sports, bear the shipping, tax and duty charges in the GCC so you don’t have to.
